the words call us to task
the very path
the way we walk
the slant of the sun we watch
the air thickens - - we breathe out
as we speak - -the world widens
so talk to me see what we can see
I'm willing to change my speech
action beyond mere acceptance

And what if you can't read or understand the words? So many missed opportunities!
Everyone speaks, more or less. And of course words are any symbol system we happen to use. we as the animals we are use symbols to ourselves and each other to explain ourselves and each other.
